Returns & Exchanges

Purchased Elsewhere? If you purchased your Pine and Perfect gear from Amazon or a retailer other than PineandPerfect.com, please initiate your return directly with that specific retailer. Their unique policies and systems will ensure your return is handled correctly.

The Standard Policy

We stand by the quality of our gear. If you aren’t 100% satisfied, orders are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, unless the item is marked as Final Sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Extended Holiday Returns

For the season of giving, we offer an extended window. Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st of the following year.

Domestic & International Shipping

We want you to have a world-class experience. We offer free returns on most* orders sent to U.S. addresses. For our international community, we gladly accept returns; however, international customers are responsible for return postage.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Proof of Purchase: Must be purchased directly from PineandPerfect.com or an official retail location.
  • Original Condition: Items must be in brand new, unworn condition. To maintain our high standards, we cannot accept items that have been altered, washed, or damaged.
  • Original Packaging: All original tags and packaging must be included.

Final Sale & Special Items

Exclusions: For hygiene and safety, certain categories are ineligible for return, including underwear, grooming products, food/drink, and face coverings.

Final Sale: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. These are clearly noted on product pages, in your cart, and in your confirmation email.

Return to Vendor: Certain oversized gear (like furniture or heavy equipment) must be returned to the original manufacturer. These will be marked “Returnable to Vendor.” Contact support@pineandperfect.com to initiate these specific returns.

Refunds: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

How long does it take to process the return?

U.S. Returns & Processing

We move quickly to get you sorted. Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 10 business days of your gear arriving at our returns center. Once our team has verified and inspected your items in accordance with our Return Policy, we will send you an email update.

Refund Timelines:

  • Credit Card: Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to process the credit once approved.
  • PayPal: Refunds will appear in your account within 24 hours of processing.
  • Store Credit: Available in your Pine and Perfect account instantly once your items are approved.

Note: While original shipping fees are non-refundable, return and exchange shipping is free for all our US-based customers.


International Orders

For our community outside the U.S., we’ve kept the process straightforward. To ensure a smooth return:

  1. Ship your gear back using your preferred carrier.
  2. Email your tracking information to us at support@pineandperfect.com.
  3. Include your order number(s) and the specific item(s) you are returning.

Once our warehouse confirms receipt and your items pass inspection, a member of our team will process your refund and send a confirmation email straight to your inbox.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
